As an AEM Forms developer, I can say with confidence that B) doAjaxSubmitWithFileAttachment is the way to go. Gotta love those guideBridge API methods!

I was leaning towards A) getFileAttachmentMapForSubmit, but that's probably more for retrieving attachment info, not actually submitting the form. B) is the clear winner here.

B) doAjaxSubmitWithFileAttachment sounds like the right method. It allows you to submit a form with file attachments using AJAX, which is perfect for this use case.
