I'm going with C. It's the only one that makes sense in terms of maintaining control over the user groups. Gotta keep those permissions under wraps, am I right?

Definitely, we can't risk leaving those groups hanging around. Manual deletion is the safest option.

I think the correct answer is C. The groups will remain in AEM and require manual deletion by administrators. Deleting the project doesn't automatically delete the associated groups.
