I can't believe they're even asking this. The QRS complex and P waves are the bread and butter of ECG interpretation. Anyone who's been in the field for more than a week should know this!
The duration and width of the QRS complex, along with the presence or absence of P waves, are the key factors in differentiating supraventricular and ventricular rhythms. This one's a no-brainer!
