Hmm, I wonder if Anita is trying to pull a fast one. Maybe she's trying to get the suspect to 'consent' orally so she can sneak a peek at those juicy account records. Nice try, but B) False is the way to go!

I'm no banking expert, but I'm pretty sure the bank won't go for just an oral consent. That's like trying to withdraw cash with a verbal 'trust me, it's my account'. B) False, for sure.

I agree, the bank would definitely require written consent for something like that.

Oh boy, I bet the bank would love to see Anita try to access the records with just a verbal 'OK' from the suspect. B) False all the way!

Ah, this is a classic tricky question. I'll have to go with B) False on this one. The bank can't just hand over the records based on oral consent.

So, the suspect's bank is not required to allow Anita access to the account records with just oral consent.

Yes, that's correct. Oral consent is not sufficient for the bank to provide access to account records.

True. I think the suspect's bank has to provide access if the suspect gives oral consent during the interview.

Hmm, this seems tricky. I'm pretty sure the bank needs a written consent to share the account records. Oral consent doesn't seem sufficient.
